No Refunds After Project Commencement
We regret to inform you that we do not entertain any refund requests once a project has commenced. This policy is in place because once we start working on your project, valuable time, resources, and effort are allocated to ensure its success.
Cancellation Before Commencement
If you decide to cancel your project before we have initiated any development work, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. We will process your refund within 30 Working Days of your cancellation request.
Unsatisfactory Performance
In the event that you are not satisfied with the progress of your project or if we fail to meet agreed-upon project milestones before project commencement, please contact us immediately. We will review your case on an individual basis and may consider a partial refund at our discretion.
